John Murray, Bill Nash (1964-1965)
 

When the 1963 season was cancelled and Schmidt graduated Georgetown Law in 1964, the nominative coaching duties were transferred to second year law students John Murray and Bill Nash, each of whom had coached in the school's class-based intramural program.

Murray and Nash handled the responsibilities as co-coaches for the 1964 debut game while Nash was listed as head coach for the two games in 1965, with Murray as an assistant. The two were the last current students to coach the Georgetown varsity.

A 1959 graduate of Seton Hall Prep, Murray played football collegiately at Notre Dame, playing two years on the varsity under coach Joe Kuharich. Followiong his law degree from Georgetown in 1966, he earned a M.A. in taxation from NYU in 1967 before beginning a 40 year career in law. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Seton Hall Prep for 23 years.

Nash played football at Bowdoin, graduating in 1962. Following law school at Georgetown, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps before beginning a career in real estate and invesment managmeent, most recently in Denver.
